Let’s take a few moments to get oriented to the journey ahead - I’ll share some intentions, some logistics and a video that walks you through our Moon Map.

Mothering With The Moon is a grounded and practical approach to living and working with the natural rhythms of life, which Grandmother Moon so beautifully illustrates for us.

Embarking on this journey you do not need to be an Astronomer or an Astrologer, identify as a Mystic or Woo - though all are most warmly welcome.

Grandmother Moon has a way with all life, she pulls on the tides both inner and outer; humans, especially women, have a connection to the rhythms of the moon - our journey here is about bringing that connection into our conscious awareness once again and remembering how to lean-in to it as a powerful support system that is always present.

My personal journey with Moon has ushered more meaning, wonder, appreciation, comfort and belonging into my daily living.

Perhaps most helpful, through my years-long practice of tracking myself with Moon, I’ve come to know myself as a cyclically-predictable being. This has allowed me to let go of the notion that I ought to be predictable, linear, seemingly the same steady woman each and every day, and allowed me to embrace my cyclical nature.

It’s my hope that as you open up a deeper dialogue with Grandmother Moon you, too, will discover helpful patterns of your own.

This journey is about helping you begin that dialogue with Grandmother Moon and tap into the rhythms that are already breathing you, coursing through your veins.

Much of our journey is about shifting our felt-sense of life. That said, there is a very grounded, practical application to all that we are learning in Mothering With The Moon. As it relates to our day-to-day mothering journey we will be working with the rhythms of nature as a pattern to help us infuse our modern, often frenzied, certainly full, lives with more meaning, predictable flow, ease and connection as you move through your days juggling all the parts of life.
